Most reactive weapon skins broken again
I can't be bothered to use the time to figure out the specifics, but as per title, most reactive weapon skins are not functioning correctly at this time.

I just took a moment to test if the issue is isolated to lvl 100 or 110 skins, and it is not. Both R99 skins are not reacting.
EDIT this could just be a quirk on firing range.
