Mouse sensitivity is suddenly and forcibly changed

Please survey the issue.

My mouse sensitivity is suddenly and forcibly changed dramatically high.

It occurs unexpectable and I can't figure out reason.

All I know is,

1. Mouse sensitivity is NOT changed in game and OS.

2. Lugging occurs before the issue happen.

3. It return back after go back desktop.

What I tried

1. Check my latency and there's nothing problem.

2. My mouse dpi change button became unable.

Please check following video. The issue happens in 0:22.

  • @Kakiage_zack My mouse has a button just behind the mouse wheel thats swap between presets. Sometimes press it by accident and that can be jarring.
  • My one too!

I doubted it first and checked mouse itself sensitivity on G HUB, but it's not changed.

  • I tried another mouse and it occurred again. Those are both made by Logicool.

And the issue occurs only on steam platform. Never happen on Origin ver.

If it only occurs when playing on Steam @Kakiage_zack then it may be no harm speaking with Steam support.

My G Hub never detects Apex launching correctly so I have to force the mouse profile every time.

I've tried adding the game multiple times. It will detect it, sometimes it will almost work.

G Hub settings--> Persistent Profile--> Apex Legends(or whatever you named the profile)--> Click yes on the "are you sure?" at the bottom in blue.  Then I change it back to none after gaming.
