I tried another mouse and it occurred again. Those are both made by Logicool.
And the issue occurs only on steam platform. Never happen on Origin ver.
Community ManagerIf it only occurs when playing on Steam @Kakiage_zack then it may be no harm speaking with Steam support.

My G Hub never detects Apex launching correctly so I have to force the mouse profile every time.
I've tried adding the game multiple times. It will detect it, sometimes it will almost work.
G Hub settings--> Persistent Profile--> Apex Legends(or whatever you named the profile)--> Click yes on the "are you sure?" at the bottom in blue. Then I change it back to none after gaming.
