mouse_zoomed_sensitivity_scalar_7 ?

I'm assuming it's a placeholder, or for something that was removed from an earlier iteration of the game. 

For the uninitiated, the mouse_zoomed_sensitivity_scalar_0-6 variables are for different zoom level/scopes, but unless I missed something recently, 7 doesn't have a matching scope.
