    I'm sorry to say, we cannot assist with banned accounts over Answers HQ. If you have used all 3 of your disputes, the ban will need to remain in place. I don't have any other details on your specific ban.

@轩楚 I agree with you, my account was blocked, no email, no blocked record, login to the game to notify me that I can not play the game is ridiculous!

i got banned cuz i got hacked on vacation. ea wont investigate the warnings on ps5 when i only have a ps4

    @Adamrashwan You have the same problem as me but when I request for the help, they decline my request without talking to me.
