My account was banned even though I have no criminal record.

Hello, I'm Ismail. My account was stolen, and I've been trying really hard to get it back. Thanks to EA tech support, I was able to get it back, but I'm still having issues. My account has been banned for a week, and there's no sign of it being banned.

Unfortunately, we cannot help with issues like this here in the forum. If you're currently in the process of appealing the ban, please wait for an answer to your case. It can take up to 10 days for an appeal to be investigated.
