My account was get hacked and banned

Hi, my account id "wanxin338" was get banned by other hacking my account and playing cheat on my account , my account has been register by using my own email , currently I have recover back my account , and also change to new email, may I ask that why you guys direct reject to recover my account , prove I can prove that my account was hacked and get back from your team, and also , the first email that I register on this id and the email I change new to this id , both email didn't have receive any ban history or ban notice , so its mean that how I get banned , I contact your live chat team , ticket submit team , they all reject my case , can I ask that what should I do and also what can I do on this time , now I felling so bad on this kind of things , the first thing that I feeling bad is I already active all the secure , two times authentic also , but my account still get hack twice , second is my account is other playing hack and when I get back already get ban on this , so please help me to solve of this , this account is my main account and also  spend a lot of time to playing on this account , any suggestion or what you want me to prove please leave a message to me , all the ticker and also the case that recover back account case id I all have , both time , I mean I has been hacked 2 time and both is recover back by your team .
