My account was stolen on April 13th or even earlier, but there is no solution

Hello everyone,I don't know who to seek help from now.

The thing is, on the evening of the 13th of this month, I was playing Valorant with a friend when I noticed that my email prompt was lit up, showing that my Apex was banned. I immediately went to EAHelp to seek help from customer service, who helped me change my password and submitted it to the team for investigation. Then, I received a conclusion email stating that I was undoubtedly cheating.

Then I went to customer service to submit my tracker performance for the day and a 2-minute AMD replay. The second investigation team directly reached a conclusion on the ban, and I was very desperate. I witnessed hackers blocking my account with my own eyes, and my Steam was also stolen the day before yesterday, with all my inventory being traded.

Then I changed my Staem password, phone verification, and email password. Now I can finally view my Steam login history. Previously, I suspected that hackers had used some means, and every time I opened it, it showed an error. Then I found out that my account was logged in in Russia on or before April 13th? But I live in Langfang, Hebei, China, and I play Hong Kong servers. I also use VPN in Hong Kong, and my Steam account has only shown me in these two regions for the past two months. Before my account was banned, it logged in in Russia, and after logging out in Russia, my email received a banned email. I don't understand how I need to prove that as a Chinese, I played Apex for 1800 hours on Steam and can run to Russia within a few hours? As an ordinary player, I had no previous ban records, and I didn't know that I only had two opportunities to appeal to your team. Now I am contacting customer service, and they will only mechanically reply that my investigation has ended and I have been convicted.

What else should I do? How can I prove that I am me? I uploaded a video on the Chinese video website bilibili: https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV18r421V7ek/?spm_id_from=333.999.0.0.When I was banned, I was playing viper.And:https://tracker.gg/valorant/profile/riot/instant%20crush%232144/overview,you can also find out that on the evening of April 13th, I was playing Valorant all night,I also submitted the login history that I found on Steam to customer service,Everything proves that a Russian is stealing my Apex account, and I contacted EA customer service as soon as possible, but it was of no use.

I don't understand either. In the 16th, 17th, and 18th seasons, I was a master and defeated Chinese Algs player MDYW-FEITIANJU(https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1mm4y1e73h/?spm_id_from=333.999.0.0&vd_source=09c77d94c36e7e758fec437f09c59ca4), who was the captain of the 18th team in the last playoffs,I am enjoying this game. I only played less in the 19th and 20th seasons, and was busy with work without paying too much attention to my account issues. My account was clearly hacked and cheated, but there was no way I could do it.

I have been actively contacting customer service to submit evidence, and all I have received is a formulaic response. Your account cheated without error and received the death penalty,I really don't know what to do, maybe it's time for AFK.

  • Oh, those Russian hackers...

    Unfortunately, the only way to resolve a ban is through the EA TOS team. If you have already done this and received a negative response, then this is it:

    1. Accept the harsh reality and move on with your life, possibly starting a new game;
    2. Additionally, You can try live chat at EA customer support. Maybe the EA agent will be reasonable enough to resubmit your request to the TOS team.

    Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, my first opportunity was wasted by customer service. When I communicated with them that evening, the customer service directly helped me use the first appeal opportunity. The next day, I filled out an email to explain the problem, which was a waste of my second opportunity. Now I have no Steam login records and other evidence, but EA has not replied to me at all. I can only say a long lesson because I did not know that everyone has only two appeal opportunities before. I wasted them within 24 hours because I blindly believed in EA's so-called investigation team. In the current situation, they cannot find the IP address and whether the current computer is my own login. They We can only rely on Easy Anti Cheat, a third-party anti cheating software, to ban our account. They have no ability to distinguish whether the account has been stolen, It's funny that my Instagram always sends emails reminding me of the risk of logging in, but EA, which I have recharged money for, won't notify me.
