My apex says I'm unable to connect to EA servers and I don't know how to fix it

hi I've used 368.1GB out of 861.4GB of my system storage.

Trying to get up the servers doesn't work at all there isn't anything there it's just black then at the top it says Name:          Ping:    Packet loss %

And that's all.

@Sassysnake007 it's also the only game on my ps4 that had9 this issue and it's on all my accounts
