My controller fell down while looking at the shop and bought a skin.

Can I get a refund I didn't even use the skin or else I was just looking at the shop.

It is not possible to refund, (or exchange), items bought with Apex's in-game currency.

Not entirely sure I know how the store works, but to make a purchase by accidentally striking a button, or even two, I'm pretty sure that Respawn would already have to have had your credit card on file. Why does Respawn have your credit card on file?
