Need help‑Can not receive EA verification email, want to change linked‑email

I lost access to my EA account because my original registered‑email cannot receive any verification‑code emails, I can not finish password reset.
Apex In‑game Name: Virus‑electric
Platform: Steam (PC)
Original EA registered‑email: [edit: email address removed]
New email address I want to bind: [edit: email address removed]
I can provide my Steam purchase receipt (Purchase date: Jan 21, 2021) and my in‑game skin list to prove the ownership of this account.
