@Renegade_Prime86Are you on console? My best advice is to start in the firing range. Less pressure and you can mess around. Turn the dummies on and start practicing. Video below will show you how to turn the dummies on. Granted I’ve only been able to get them to turn on with all blue armor/back pack/ helmet and knock down shield. Once they are ln grab a gun you’re comfortable with down 2 dummies then grab a gold knock down shield, armor, back pack and start practicing.
if you have trouble with the wingman in there, just kill 2 dummies first with a gun you’re good with and practice on the 1 dummy that’s still up

@DarthValtrexPc, did the dummies, I think it's pointless, they just crouching still and not strafing, not useful for me
