Nerf hemlock and volt (& balance in general)

Hemlock is way way too op, zero recoil and can down people in 1-2 bursts (3-4 with red evo ) . Definitely needs more recoil and either slower bursts fire rate and/or slightly lower damage . Vol...

@MassiveVernon Volt needs to be dropped down to 99 type damage in terms of its DPS.

@DarthValtrex Yeah definitely. Overall It outclasses every automatic weapon close range atm (including carepackage r99 which is kinda ridiculous) . Devotion with turbo is lethal , but I see that maybe once every 5 or so games and even then don’t think it’s op. Everyone and their mother is running volt/hemlock right now

@MassiveVernon Yup, I lit up a gibi with an alternator. He turned around dropped me almost instantly. The only reason he won, was the OP gun.

  @DarthValtrex Classic . Alternator was my most used weapon of season 5 , but it just doesn’t cut it at all anymore unfortunately ☹️
