Nerf Rampage???

Am I the only one that thinks this weapon is broken? I mean just take a look at the photo, this guy killed me in 5 bullets with a fire rate of the previous beast of a gun, Spitfire. Don't say my stat...

Beat my record damage in ranked the day Rampage came out.

It + 3x scope was and still is my go-to gun every time I find it. If people allow me to play Fuse... oh man, I will be charged up every encounter and just overall can compete in annoyance only with 3 shot wingman gods and charge rifle, top 3 though is mine for sure.

For me the gun is great in all distances and as soon as I hear enemies using it I try to get behind cover and potentially gtfo as soon as possible because the biggest issue/benefit I see with it is how much bullets slow you down.

Combined with the damage:
Head 42 (1.5×)
Body 28
Legs 24 (0.85×)

and mag size...I genuinely believe this gun is better than Spitfire.

I can easily break or even knock people from 100m and I am being knocked instantly when people fire at me what feels like my feet are instantly cemented in place and I become a firing range dummy. 6-8 shots on 28-40 mag mean you have to hit around 25% accuracy to melt people which is not a big deal especially when charged up.

Close-range hip fire is the one that does not make any sense - too accurate. That should be the nerf in my opinion. Adding additional recoil I guess would make it somewhat balanced yet as big a threat as Spitfire was before.

Yet as people said you have to accept the game and play it - people used Spitfire a lot, the use Wingman a lot, now Rampage and Lstar...there are just guns that are better and noone complains about 301 and Flatline being on top of every discussion, so I don't see really why Rampage or any other gun should have a preferential treatment even if it is OP it is still there available on the ground, pick it up and use it 🙂
