Nerf the * volt

@chuntfunk I'd be fine with this gun if they  increased the vertical recoil slightly and added some horizontal.

It would take more control to use it accurately and be a good counter for the ludicrous range it has.

It just has too many positives and not enough negatives. 

Once again the Volt will probably be nerfed in to oblivion. ☹️

@RevenanT-G7  Its a justifiable nerf to be fair.

This thing is on par or possibly stronger than pre care package r99 for raw strength plus It's accuracy is of pre nerf r301 standards, then throw in a utter lack of bullet drop and you have a weapon that literally transcends the weapon class system.

The gun doesn't need to be weaker, it just needs to have the characteristics of an smg.

Now take a look at my post with the answer to this problem.

Make energy guns deal 1 or so more damage to shields, and 2 or so less damage to bodies.

@rockyboy1998  I don't think anybody is in disagreement about how good it is lol, the problem is that its too good. 😛

Bizarrely the prowler never gets mentioned though and this weapon is in exactly the same boat as the volt, although for different reasons.
