New Legend: What's their ability?

Question

Haven't seen a thread about this yet or maybe it's here I just skipped over it. Whatever the case, what are your assumptions on what his Passive, Tactical and Ult. could be?

Passive: Ability to one shot doors with melee OR able to pick up down legends and carry them around.

Tactical: Hold on to enemy players for x seconds OR have increased melee speed/range for x seconds

Ultimate: Deal a one shot hit to health/shield or both OR Charge towards enemy with the shield on his arm knocking them back + damage.

I expect some crazy actions for meele attack or at least for the finisher :

Otherwise, who ever design him, doesn't do their homework right.

Note:

I consider to use my craft for his finisher (assuming it's great one).

Haven't seen this and seems like a basic ability set but expected since it's just an enhanced robotic arm.

Seems to do more than Octanes legs... how sad.
