Haven't seen this and seems like a basic ability set but expected since it's just an enhanced robotic arm.
Seems to do more than Octanes legs... how sad.I expect some crazy actions for meele attack or at least for the finisher :
Otherwise, who ever design him, doesn't do their homework right.
Note:
I consider to use my craft for his finisher (assuming it's great one).
