@gg123xyz no need to even O/C that rig in the bios for this game. I would bet it runs better if you didn't. Just my 2 cents worth.

for overclocking my 3600x i did this;

-enabled precision boost overdrive

- set a-xmp to profile 1

thats it. a-xmp sets my memory to its actual speed, and precion boost overdrive allows the cpu to ramp up its speed.

i did some tests and found it does increase my fps in apex legends.
