I would say it's the first of three, its an introduction. Then the how of the change, then the final character will emerge after the change. I think the blue haired friend is going to get a visit from revenant soon too.
The swirling use of the stick indicates to me that her ult will be a very close quarters one. The main ult probably stealing loot from nearby legends.
Tbf... part of her origin story is the Revanant video if you think about it???

Someone said about teleport pad?? So like Sombre from Overwatch?? If so that could be a bit of me -- i originally hoped Wraith would give me those vibes.
Teleporting and evasive trickery etc is my sort of game.
