New Weapon Added to Apex?!?

Why has this not received wider attention? A new gun added to Apex mid-season?! Seriously?

It's not as powerful as the Rampage and has an ammo capacity of two, but SEEKER BULLETS?!

Wattson mains are especially good with it.
