New wingman nerf is brilliant!!

Wingman was a bit to strong even after 5 nerfs or something. But they wanted the skullpiercer back right? So how to do this without people complaining the wingman is to good. Bring back no regs!...

@DaAceXD tfw you empty a clip on someone and it doesn't register then they turn on you and you go down almost immediately. feelsgoodman
