1 per 1000 is a number you literally based on nothing at all.
Next to Xim, there are a ton of other options to play mouse on console, particularly on ps4.
No actualy figures exist as to how many mouse cheaters there are, but my observation is that it's 50% on my server past 10 PM (Amsterdam Server on EU)

Actual figures do exist, please check out the Xim forums. I'd post a direct link but it's against forums rules. Head there and search Apex Legends under General Discussions, OBiV (owner and developer) states the numbers in a couple different threads. You're assuming every Xim owner in the world is ONLY playing Apex, which is incorrect.
Regardless of numbers, the Xim doesn't violate Sony and Xbox's ToS because it simply emulates and does not any additional control/recoil/sensitivity/stats. Xim, Xim4, Apex has been around for years and years and is not going anywhere.

I have yet to see any number on how the population is split between the consoles and PC, so one could argue that you are assuming every player plays on PS 4.
I find it strange that this is even a thing. Theres no way you don't get input lag and wonky * happening with this. Why not just get a pc at that point or are people that desperate to be a big fish in a small pond?

I don't often comment online, but when I do, I am always staggered how many boneheads respond.
Let's start with a few facts.
Next to Xim, there are multitudes upon multitudes of other options available to play mkb on games that do not support it.
There is no way of telling which exact games they play with them (tho it will generally be shooters)
There is no way of telling, when exactly they play.
Ergo, some contrived number like 1 in a 1000 cannot possibly be a number based on actual measurements or facts.
If companies like Sony are not able to specify it, I strongly doubt you are.
Another thing, how on Earth do you make the conclusion I am assuming all mkb users on console only play apex? It's absolutely mindblowing that you make such conclusions.
I know very well that Xim devices do not violate sony's ToS, then again, since you are a bonehead. You probably failed to observe I am not asking Sony to bann Xim owners here.
And since you are a bonehead. You probably need a reminder that I am asking the developers of this game, which is NOT SONY, to enable KbM support for this game.

Why are you ignoring the fact that I said there were statistics released over on the Xim forums. I'd link it but it's against the forum rules here and plus I'd like people like you to just do an ounce of research before making wild assumptions.

You are completely delusional if you really believe it's anywhere near 50 percent. Do you realise what the value of a company like XIM would be if they had sold 50 percent as many 150-200 dollar adapters as Sony sold consoles? The owners would have sold by now, it would be a public company on the stock market, and it would be worth tens of millions of dollars. Do you really think Sony and Microsoft are just ignoring a hugely booming peripherial market like that? Hell, Sony/Microsoft dumped millions into that useless camera crap nobody ever bought.
If it's 1000:1 they would be lucky. The simple fact is the majority of console owners are A. Not people coming from PC (usually goes other way) B. Not people that want to play at a desk in a PC chair.
Simply put, the majority of console players have started off with and learned controller play for better or worse. There simply is not a huge calling for M&K.
Taking a wild stab here, you were coming from Battlefield or COD when you started playing Apex? And now you can't figure out why you went from winning 70+ percent of the time and being at the top of the board to getting whipped?
I had the same experience, and was honestly wondering for awhile about xim users myself. But in short order I realised it was me, I needed to change my play style completely vs all the other FPS I have played.
It's not them, it's you.

So It made it very very clear that I am referring to a specific server, on a specific game, in specific time brackets (at night)

Somehow, you call me delusional, while caught in the delusion that I claimed that half of all console owners own a Xim or any of it's competitors.
Ill say it again, on my server, in the game Apex Legends during the night, about half of players are mouse users.
This is going to be roughly, 100 players or so.
Somehow you made this huge rant, acting like your IQ is 5000 and you're a finance wizard, based on the most ridiculous misinterpretation i've ever seen.
Im a competitive gamer, I play at night, I am talking about at 3 and 4 AM.
Very few people play during those hours, so almost all run of the mill console owners are sleeping. All the teenagers are sleeping etc.
Everyone playing during those hours are tryhards and cheaters.
This is why the % of mouse users I witness is very high.
But I dont even know why I am bothering to explain this to you, since that information was included in my original post anyway.
Clearly, you have a problem with reading, and processing what you read. Since all those things bounced off your thick skull the first time, and you went full delusional on me with wild misinterpretations that I argued that half of console owners are Xim users.

So xim vs PS4 console sales are extremely low, but there just happens to be this little group of "cheaters and tryhards" at 3-4 AM, specifically in the region you play, which somehow does not include YOU who is playing at the same time (lol) who have a 50 percent XIM/M&K use rate.....right.
Seriously, you just made that arguement while insulting the intelligence of others?
Also, you are once again delusional if you believe that at any time, in any region, this game only has 100~ players going. 100 players would mean insane wait times for server starts, the system simply wouldn't work properly. I played 2 nights this weekend in central US until 2-3 AM with no change in wait times. Unless you're waiting 5-10 minutes for a server start, and you aren't, there are plenty of people playing .
You seem to think you have "your server" when the system doesn't work like that . Each region has a preferred (and on console unselectable unless I've missed a menu option somewhere) SET of servers. But nothing I have seen suggests there is a region lock, far from it. In other words, if there was a lack of players it would fill in from other regions or put you in their game. You aren't playing the same 100 people over and over....
Two things could be going on here..either somehow 50 percent of players, just in your region, only from 3-4 AM, all decided to go out and buy what is frankly a little known 3rd party device to cheat with...or you are simply not that great (not that I am) getting beat, most likely because you refuse to change your play style. I wonder which is more likely lol.

Really? Every other person is using M&K on console, that's weird because I play with around 12 people that I personally know not one of them uses Xim. Your 50% assumption has already been broken.
