No name,No level on lobby+unable to invite friends to play PS4

Hi everyone,I have this problem.Open the game log in and my character has no name or level on the lobby.I can join games with randoms but as soon as the game finish my character is back in the lobby with no name nor level again.with this issue going on when I try to invite friends it does not even give me the press x button to invite option,only join open groups.

As soon as I got invited by a friend or get into a group,suddenly my name and level appears again and the option of inviting friends will be available again,however I'll have massive problems to actually join the game with them, usually they get in game without me or my character won't ready up normally (it will take like 7-10 seconds to ready up after I press the triangle-ready button)it will show group not ready when we are ready,etc it's like the game is having problem recognizing my character and also sync up the games with my friends.

Sorry for the long comment,I've not seen this problem on any topic and is quite weird and bad for me.

That's a bit of an odd one @montecillo68_SPA.

Do you see this every time you load into the game or was it just a one-off, generally things like this are visual bugs that restarting the game should fix.

If you see it again can you grab a screenshot for us?

First of all,thanks for the reply,I didn't expect nobody to reply because it is in deed an odd one.
I will try to document as good as possible.I rebbot my PS4 and also reset my router already with no results,also of course restart the game few times (that was my first one) it's being like this already few days,hope we can fix it,not enjoying the game with firends is sad.

So this is a screenshot from last night.I took few to drive you through the issue.The first one shows my character with no name or level (this is daily issue) I have more shots through the problem but I don't want to send too many picks.Just to explain again,on this state it will allow me to join games with randoms,join an open party,the square button command will be available (then as soon as I join the group my name and level will appear on the party) but not invite friends (the x button command to invite friends won't appear as an option).Then if I left that group,my name and level will be available again and I will be able to use the x command again to invite friends.
Just let me know if you want more pictures,I have all the problems I faced on picks.

Could be the servers struggling to sync your account? There are similar types of errors in Battlefield where rank and level disappears occasionally.
