No one is using a Sniper
So you can stop pinging sniper attachments.

@SheepsKing I use them frequently.
I mean when it's mid game and we're all decked out, but one guy thinks we might want a sniper mag for some reason. Not like Sinpers never get used
- @SheepsKing I run a sniper almost every round. I prefer the Longbow or Triple Take. I only pick up the TT if I have a choke. I'll run it all the way up into round 4-5. Then I typically dump it for a secondary CQC gun that I loot off of someones death box. I occasionally keep it if round 5 is going to be at train yard or some other place in which I can get high ground and make a sniper work in an area that small.
I prefer the 2x-4x scope but will make a 3x work. The 4x-8x is okay. But honestly the 6x scope is the best long range scope in the game. 8x or 10x zoom is just too strong and limits your view of the battle field too much. If my team is a sniping team. I tend to just carry a 6x in my inventory and keep a mid range scope on the gun. If I need the 6x range, I equip it.
They are effective guns in some situations. I will agree in most situations you'll just farm damage with them. How ever, you can also do some heavy hitting before you rush a squad putting the enemy at a disadvantage as you rush.This topics going on one helluva tangent lol.
@SheepsKing Yup, pinging attachments for weapon types nobody has is pretty pointless, and makes for needless audio clutter in a game with already sketchy audio.
100% agree with the OP.
no reason to play sniper as long as wingman outperforming them by miles
