No one is using a Sniper

This topics going on one helluva tangent lol.

@SheepsKing Yup, pinging attachments for weapon types nobody has is pretty pointless, and makes for needless audio clutter in a game with already sketchy audio.

@MandatoryIDtag @lol! It’s true, though it tells everyone where you are.

No bullet drop, 4 shots before reload, does actual damage without needing a mod, really all you need is a scope.  I’d rather have a 301, flatline or wingman otherwise then carry a sniper, because getting closer isn’t that much of a problem.

But part of this is not the game.  Players have cried about sniper rifles hurting them for years.  So now, in most games, they are useless.  It’s, in fact, getting to the point that people are only happy with close range autofire spam BB guns.

The fact that this topic is being posted during A&D event is hilarious 🙂.

I sometimes run double snipers, because Triple Take is the best shotgun. Sentinel is bad without a stock and even a level 1 extended mag make Longbow and Triple Take much better, because that extra bullet can drop the enemy before reaching cover. Therefore, keep pinging them!
