Numerous accounts banned same day Apex
I've been an Xbox player since first season and played over 18k games and spent thousands of dollars on that account. Between everyone in our household I likely have 3 or 4 accounts attached somehow. My daughter and son have played on PC for awhile and I know their xboxs and emails for accounts are still my emails from when they were kids. As well as their accounts I think were all linked under my personal email which is different than my Xbox email but somehow all linked still?
Anyways, when cross progression happened I finally was ready to move my accounts to my one PC acct. However when I tried to log into EA using the Xbox portal it says my account was overturned in August of 2022 and then banned Oct 28 2023. I haven't really even played this account. I believe it is level 50?
I then went and tried all associated emails I have and the accounts my kids used as well as another are all banned with the same dates and times.
My daughter has no idea. My son said he used hacks one time and an account has been banned almost 2 years ago but he now uses another acct he has at level 500. The dates on that account are the same as what I see on mine.
Somehow on Oct 28 2023 a bunch of unused accounts were banned? I get that his account doesn't work but if his email was attached to our family accounts it still doesn't make sense why our accounts were banned 2 years after he did whatever. If that's even the issue.

We are not able to assist with BANs or Accounts here on AHQ, and it seems we might have multiple platforms linked to one EA account. ll bans will appear in your account's Ban History.
