I was just curious why players in this forum are so into making multiple new topics and talk about the very same thing in other topics?In past 48 hours almost in every section of Apex forum you can find multiple topics about: 1.Pathfinder 2.MastifIt was the same for things such SBMM and map rotation before this update.Can we all please agree to add comments on previous relevant topics instead of making new ones?It’s much more effective and understandable when a topic gets hot and has many comments than seeing pages of similar topics with one, two or no comments on them.

@Alphabets People like making their own thread cause they either:1) too lazy to scroll down and see if a same topic’s already been made2) don’t know how forums work and as such dont even know proper etiquette to search for similar posts3) think what they’re saying is different from the other thread(s) regarding the same topicBut yea, it clutters up fast

Alright... the only solution here is to subdivide the entire forum into 3 master threads.1: simping, for praising stuff, 2: whining, for complaints, 3: sperging out, for Koochi's rants.

@Kabouki1965 That's a valid point and a good suggestion.What these guys are referring to in this case though is say for example i author a topic titled "Pathfinder nerf was too much"What often happens is rather than post on this topic, despite it being near the top of the screen, they'll go and post their own topic with exactly the same subject matter and a near identical topic title.So you end up with a continuous stream of the same topic and it's a bit spammy.

@Wingmannedbro My rants have their own lives! They will infest and infect the other parts again! Then you have 2 new sections contaminated 😈 do you really want that?

@Alphabets People like making their own thread cause they either:

1) too lazy to scroll down and see if a same topic’s already been made

2) don’t know how forums work and as such dont even know proper etiquette to search for similar posts

3) think what they’re saying is different from the other thread(s) regarding the same topic

But yea, it clutters up fast

They do it because they want to see every thread on the front page sharing their view so the developers realize they made a mistake with something, just look at pubg forum. Every thread is about bots and now the game is dead.

Thought someone would rant about @Koochi-Q posts but nope, you get away this time.

Most people are just new and like said above, people are new to the forums and don't know how or what.
But hey more ways to get XP and get that post count up, see the thing on the bright side of life 😉

Hi @Koochi-Q.

Call me newbie, but at times I find it difficult to find matches for the exact same thing I want to post about (and I only started 10 topics so far...).

Then on the opposite side (but because of inefficient search ) what happens sometimes is that people revive necro-posts because the search engine is not good enough. It could filter out 6 months old posts and have the option to turn it off in case we want to broaden the search.

So, for either situation, that could prevent people from starting new topics, just because or revive necros.
