Olympus is the best designed map by far..

Not just as a fan of Apex, but as an architecture student and graphic designer, Olympus is by far the most attractive map.

It has the most ‘character’ and personality, And in my opinion, when i think of Apex, i think of olympus. Every area has its own unique qualities, this is something the other maps lack. If i were completely new to the game, looking at any of the other maps i would easily get lost because everything is designed a similar way. But the design of olympus was well thought out and every area has a sleek, purposeful appearance: Yes, storm point had a good concept, but overall the impression is not much different from Kings Canyon or Worlds Edge beyond the bright colors. When you place those giant rocks to divide areas, you end up with an unattractive map.

Olympus made use of walls and unique ways to divide space instead of repeating the same elements over and over again.

Your long term players might prefer the other maps because of nostalgia alone, But as a fairly new player if you want to grow your fan base even more in my opinion olympus must be in rotation. I think allowing the users to choose their maps is a great idea as well. Olympus has a powerful, striking appearance from the jump: The view from the drop ship is just stunning. I can’t say that for any other map, especially storm point.
