Opened 30 apex packs and didn't get any legendary item.

I spent $40 and have 2 Legendary gun skins.
Nothing is guaranteed, the pack chance rate is listed right there in front of you. People need read and understand the the risks and odds before they purchase.

Why would you buy a RnG pack, expecting to get something?

Your issue specifically, I'd probably guess you had some free packs you opened and those are NOT guaranteed.

  I just opened 30 on ps4.No legenndary. I was duped. Thats a fact. Someone will record and catch ea red handed. Thats a fact bub.

Don't comment when you haven't even read descriptions to apex packs. It says you WILL 100% get a legendary in 30 packs
