I'm an absolute newb and... I'll be the first to admit... not very good either but I simply do not care!!! Save your petty insults because it is only showing how immature you are.
I just happened to see this thread and had to jump in here to comment. You are acting like a spoiled brat all over a meaningless cosmetic item. Why do you expect people to help you if you're going to treat them like garbage? Your antics are embarrassing and does not encourage anyone to give you assistance.
- What you're complaining about is literally just a cosmetic item in a game. It does nothing for you other than pretty to look at. Yes it sucks that you had bad luck and don't have it yet, but at the end of the day... it's just a cosmetic item.
- Your judgement was pretty poor if you were willing to spend $500+ on the "chance" to get said items. If you really had this amount of cash to spend, and in this way which absolutely baffles me, then this cash shouldn't be such a big deal. Similar to someone who has the means to gamble or invest, you only use that money if you're alright with losing that money. If it means as much as it appears... YOU SHOULDN'T BE USING MONEY LIKE THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE. As others mentioned, if you couldn't help but do this, get help from a gambling support group.
- If you're absolutely positive that you have met the requirements, then the devs should be able to sort this out. However, if you continue behaving so poorly, I can guarantee you're not going to get the support you're after. If I saw this kind of behavior attached to my ticket, you would absolutely go to the bottom of the priority stack because I would have no drive to assist you and this is not a gaming breaking issue or anything.
- Finally, threatening legal action will do nothing for you and only end up costing you even more in the end. This is where you're really showing your cards. Something as petty as this will only end up costing you even more money in legal costs if you were to follow through. Your best bet is to treat the support people with respect and tame your temper tantrums because they'll get you no where.
