Out of sync with the server，code：SHOE

I encounter this problem frequently. Sometimes the game runs smoothly, and other times I get a "server out of sync" error，code：shoe. My network is excellent; I have a brand new router, and I haven't had any problems with other games. I've also tried a wired connection, but the problem persists. I even tried lowering the video quality as EA suggested, but that didn't work either. I'm extremely frustrated. It's really annoying when I'm playing games with my friends and suddenly get disconnected.Does anyone have a solution?
