Paid €140 during Inner Beast event in March 2024, never got Heirloom

Hey everyone,

I’m posting here out of frustration and also in hope that someone might have had a similar experience — or that maybe someone from EA might actually notice this.

Back in March 2024, during the Inner Beast Collection Event, I bought all 24 event packs, spending around €140 worth of Apex Coins. According to the event details, completing the collection should’ve granted me a guaranteed Heirloom on Octane.

I bought the packs just before the event ended. Everything went through fine — I got all the event cosmetics — but I never received the Heirloom.

I contacted EA support back then, and they basically told me it was "my fault" (or something like that, i cant remember exactly). I recently reached out again with proof (receipts, timestamps, account details), and now they just say it’s too old and they can’t verify anything over 30 days.

I’m not trying to get anything I didn’t pay for. I paid full price, completed the event, and never got the reward that was clearly promised. It really feels like I’ve been ignored.

If anyone else experienced this during Inner Beast, or knows what I can do next, please share.
