Sure, game sense/knowledge wise yes. Not my preference to start from lvl 1, would've loved to continue where I left off on PS4 but since we don't have cross progression, I have to start from lvl1.
But it's a huge difference between being a first time mnk player and someone who's played on pc for a long time and makes a new account. Can't really compare the two.
