@HypodactylusI'm on ps4 with a less than 1 kda, I'm getting thrown in lobbies with preds with 50k+ kills constantly. It's not exclusively a pc issue I think their sbmm is just terrible and has a hard time figuring out where to put people sometimes since it's based on recent performance.. although, I've never played at a level that should allow me to be thrown in with preds. Just got killed by a pathfinder with 189,000 kills two games ago, I've played since s0 and don't even have 5k kills or a 3k game on my main 😆
I personally find console to be quite an even playing field, it's very pick up and play almost anyone can pull off something special one time or another.
PC I find the opposition to be either really good or really bad with no middle ground, there's the people who know how to use m&k and those who can't quite grasp it, if you can can m&k decent you are probably better than about 80% of console players.
Obviously no statistics or anything involved with those calculation just my opinion.
