So ironic OP, the people who cannot aim are actually the ones abusing this broken gun meta.

You have absolutely zero evidence to back up your preposterous claim. Ironically, it’s harder to aim at something closer to you on screen than things that are further away, but if you want to point the blame at a weapon instead of Improving your own game by all means it is your right as a human do to so 🤷🏽♂️

Lol what? the closer an opponent is to you the larger their hitbox. If you want to make 100% certain you won't miss your target just stand toe to toe with them and their hitbox will fill up your entire screen. When you aim at far away targets their hitbox is minuscule.
As for the Peacemaker, it is clearly in need of toning down. I mean all you have to do is put your cursor on the enemy and you get instant 100+ damage. Yes its fire-rate is not great but that is still instant 100+ damage just for putting your cursor on the opponent. I don't even like using shotguns but I still find myself having to use it in early to mid-game because its power vs non armored opponents is overwhelming. With automatic weapons you have to track your opponent to get 100+ damage. And in lag and if your enemy is half decent they will be side strafing which means you need good mouse/controller tracking (ie skill) to deal decent dmg with ranged weapons.

Buddy, it is harder to aim when up close. The hit box may be bigger in theory, but the FOV is also worse, which makes it harder to aim, especially when the target is moving around and jumping. This is commonly known in FPS games.

Maybe your mouse/controller settings are not set up right. Because basically if the opponents hit-box is twenty times larger than it is when they're 100 feet away. Then it should be much much easier to land shots on them. The only reason someone would find it difficult is if they're playing on some low sensitivity so they can't track close range targets quick enough. But can track far away targets easier because they don't have to move the mouse/joystick as much. That is the only reason, and that is your choice if you want to play on those settings. But in actuality close targets = bigger targets.
