Yes, but that's for the truly great. I mean, obviously, there are people who are masters and Predators, but you do have to be that good.
I mean, think about it, clearing through gold, plat AND diamond that fast, you have to be in the very less than 1% of players. I'm certain they earn it, and I don't think that rank was meant for us mere mortals. :D
As is if youre master youre a part of 0.4% of the apex community so ye being pred is even less percentile, thing is some people are just insanely good, but that ofc does not mean others arent good, its just they are by far as good as that unicorn but still good compared to the whole community 🙂 This is actually true for any sport. Say boxing there are many exceptional boxers out there, but if they were put against Mike Tyson in his glory days they might not appear that great after all, does that mean they are bad, no not by any means, that means they not as good as Mike, but still pretty darn good as they better then the rest.
You can of course take the view that 2nd place is first looser place but I think that might be more fitting by personal benchmark if your goal is to become the best, but if that is your general view I think you should get your head checked to be honest hehe, I've seen parents with this view pushing their children and one word comes to my mind and that is psycho, its not a very healthy benchmark in my eyes.
