Player That Deserves to be Banned

In ranked there is a player name "" who in ranked, jumped out the drop ship and instantly killed himself in order to try and cause our team to lose RP. This player deserves to be banned, and this loophole needs to be patched. No one does this, but not being able to lose RP in the 4th rank of a division will cause people to troll like this.
