Please don't force me to enable overlay to report

Origin overlay drops overall fps, by around 10-15 for me, so I disabled it. Come to find out, I need the overlay on in order so report someone.

Please change this please. I'd like to be a helpful part of this community, but I just cannot enable the overlay.
