Axle Needs to be Stopped

drone " homing misile" "stuns" "does dmg" "does body blocking"  "can have 2 drones" the rest of the cast has to be an engenier to stop that,the  gamesense skill u need to not fall in a situation is insane

Tell me, friend, what are they (Respawn) waiting for? This is what the game against Axle has been like for almost 70 days. Nothing has changed.

If they see (it's impossible not to notice) that Axle is destroying the game from within, why didn't she receive sufficient nerfs much earlier?

Because of a new legend? Because kids on a controller are having a blast shooting with 100% accuracy while sliding on "Q"?

I don't know, I don't know what happened to this game, to this development team.

On the one hand, I see great skins in the upcoming event, but on the other, I see a game that's completely screwed up in terms of balance and matchmaking.

What's been going on here for so long?

This is just an example and please don't take it personally:

I won't deny that my main is Caustic, and I have no intention of changing that. I'd rather simply retire than play some legend with ADHD again.

The point is, why is one legend in the "meta" nerfed after a week or two (that was the case with Caustic back in the day, and that's the case with Seer now).

I'm not saying they didn't need nerfs — but why is one legend getting nerfed after a week, while another, still holding the top spot, gets nerfed after three months?

Is that fair? No, this game is just one big garbage dump.

I'll never see Caustic in the meta, and I've gotten used to it, because the pros flood reddit within days writing how much they hate Caustic and demanding quick nerfs for him.

Why don't these same pros complain enough about Axle, who is a real pain in the **bleep** and has ruined the whole point of Apex? Because 99% of pros enjoy fast - paced gameplay and use a controller, and Axle is unstoppable on a controller.

Respawn - start being OBJECTIVE instead of just catering to the wishes of one group of players. It's always been this way.

Stop mindlessly buffing every legend endlessly, and start nerfing the ones that are simply too strong. In a year, at this rate, every legend will have a dozen different abilities, and it will be even more chaotic than it is now.

I'll keep repeating this – powerful movement has devastated legends in this game that lack it. Fortified legends suffer the most, because when they're briefly in the open, they're instantly killed by legends with high mobility, and they have NO countermeasures.

The legend pick rate clearly shows that currently, playing legends without movement isn't profitable, and I see firsthand how difficult it is.

I'm not asking for buffs for others, but I am asking for SPECIFIC nerfs to Axle and her movement speed. Stop buffing other movement legends in an attempt to match Axle. That will make the gap between the best and worst legends even greater.

Respawn – wake up from this strange dream.

u nail it, at this point, they are gonna remove all the slow characters  like all the "controller" type and re work em to have some lazy movement legend, right now controller its the most hated type of legend cuz its makes the game slower, i play rampart the walls are just useless against axel, she just drone u and that drone just fly over the wall like its nothing, next buff/rework for caustic will be, masive gas that slow everyone or a the hability to move faster when the gas is on haha 

I honestly miss Rev's old kit as he would of been a great counter for legends like Axel and Seer.

Believe me, even an old rev couldn't "cure" this sick move meta at this point.

Axle has been in need of a serious nerf for a long time, and from what I've seen, Respawn doesn't really think Axle is overpowered.

Oh well, we're playing a different game, I guess.
