Not to take away from your fine post, but unfortunately, not true as we expected when this rule change was coming. Kills and assists are granted if someone leaves when knocked, but a death on ones' stats is still avoided.
Well patchnotes was ment to fix it, so then lets hope they fix it soon, as youll see these high kd people gona hit close to 0,6 fast enough 😉 I never tried to protect my KD so did not know that they didnt manage to fix everything with it when they patched it.
