if you are worried about the credit card being compromised you need to contact your bank about that as well as the local authorities.

As far as your gaming account you will need to contact EA help. See below:

Hey there, the same thing happened to me 2 or 3 years ago. They somehow entered my account and used cheats to boost their friends. I was able to enter my account, but unfortunately, I was banned due to them using cheats in my account. I addressed this issue to the EA live support, and it took a while, but I was unbanned after all. What I suggest you to do is activate 2FA for your account and submit a ticket to the EA support. I know it's stressful for you to deal with this, just change your mostly used passwords and use 2FA for your game accounts and emails, etc.

2FA is set up. It takes a while for them to respond...I've contacted EA support and haven't heard back, so I guess I'll just have to be patient. It's really creepy, it's like they're entering my room. It's good to know that this kind of thing is going on elsewhere, even if just a little...I hope I can get it lifted even if I get banned.
