Gogeto_full It sounds like you are locked out of your EA Account, so you would need to contact EA Support in order to recover your EA Account.
Furthermore, your Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account, so you would need to make sure that your Xbox Account is linked to the same EA Account that your PlayStation Account is linked to as linking your PlayStation Account to another EA Account won't transfer, (or merge), your Apex progress and data.
