Ty for the invitation but I can't speak Polish even if you paid me.
Is the only issue that players are not landing in the designated spots? If so, then you just have to be removing/ banning people; I know it can be a little devastating for a smaller community but the rules have to be followed, and if you don't adhere to them, then there is not place for you.
To clarify, I am not telling you to remove people from your server, just remove them from the list for ALGS style games.
