Possible Heirloom refund?
I was wondering if it would be possible to request for a refund a Heirloom in exchange for Heirloom Shards? I got the Lifeline Heirloom quite awhile back, around the time it was completely random which Heirloom you would receive. I feel like it's a bit unfair that I was locked into a completely random heirloom at the time, comparing it to now where you can receive shards to choose which one you'd want instead. So I felt like we should have been given that choice to exchange our heirlooms that we got (pre heirloom shards), for Heirloom Shards.

We don't have any systems in place for exchanging heirlooms or replacing one with shards, whether the heirloom was received randomly or purchased with shards directly.
That's definitely something that's come up from others too, but I'm not aware of any current plans for such a system I'm afraid. Thanks for the feedback!
