backstory:

After having a troubled childhood with an abusive family, he managed to escape by signing up to a geniuses university, which after he joined the games to fund a charity to make sure nobody else suffers the same way. 

Ability kit:

Passive (Energizing Precense):

Potages could sacrifice some of his loot to fill up his Charity Meter.

Potages' Uses his charity points to create a healing aura that restores 10% of teammates' missing shields per second within a 10m radius when ever needed.

Tactical (Vitality Transfer):

Potages charges a drone using his own 30 shield points and some charity points that chases after the closest teammate and gives them 15% damage reduction and 15% speed boost. Effects last 8s. Takes 40s to recharge.

Ultimate (Shield Overload):

Potages overloads his shield generator and uses 50% of his charity meter creating an electrified explosion, the range of which depends on the charity points sacrificed, allies caught within the explosion range instantly get 75 temporary shield hp, and take 20% less damage, enemies caught in the explosion get slowed down by 10%. Effects last 15s. Takes 90s to recharge.
