powers out, I was on track to get the spitfire reward for the 2nd anniversary.

@Koochi-Q Hey now, you crossed a line there... I will say, 15 of the worlds top 20 colleges are in the US...

It's honestly happening because of unusual weather patterns that certain areas normally don't receive. The infrastructure is not designed to handle it. It would be like Europe being hit with a typhoon.. Europes infrastructure is not designed for that type of weather so it would create major problems.
