Pred lobbies with 400-600 average damage, and 1:1 kda
Why is it that if I win 1 game with 4 kills and 800 damage I get placed in pred champ lobbies with 20 kill badge for the next 10 games. Now I go into games for the next hour getting absolutely crushed and it feels TERRIBLE.
You're almost forced to hot drop every game just to tank your mmr so you can have fun.
Put me in games with people of my skill level, 2k badge, average 400-600 damage a game, and get about a kill a game. This is absolutely insane how much better than me the people I face are.
I get it, you want people that can win a game in a mmr to get placed into a higher one, but isn't there a middle ground here? I'm literally being punished for doing mediocre in a game.\
I feel a good solution to this would be make it so your normal MMR is based off kills and damage, rather than based on your placing in the match. This would make it so that you would always have a fighting chance against the players in your lobby.
The current system is extremely demoralizing to mediocre fps players such as myself, that don't want to just hot drop straight down all day long. All of my noobie friends that come into the game complain about the exact same thing, and can't play more than 10 games without being extremely frustrated. Which eventually causes them to quit the game, and frankly I'm about to leave too as 15 minutes of fun just isn't worth the hours you have to spend getting absolutely crushed.
