It's exactly the same, you don't get an advantage from playing in a premade.
Literally the only advantage of a premade squad is a mic... maybe? And that's a stretch.
If you're playing this game, you should know that 2v1 or 3v1 situations will kill you, so stay with your team. It's not hard. Ping stuff. Talk on the mic even if nobody is talking (this has helped me a ton and I can see if my random teammates respond to my pings and call outs). Share loot. These are basic mechanics. If everyone played together, there wouldn't be a need for this topic.

I've started using open mic all the time to give callouts. Squad mates do respond with actions most of the time even if they are not speaking themselves.
"Get off the loot, you have a Wraith coming in behind you" saved x2 team mates yesterday.... while I was down awaiting a revive lol.
This is the single biggest difference with a premade. Everybody on mic communicating a plan and when to wait, when to push and who to push.
