@Lord_Scorpion34 That or the toss just be faster.. Horizon tactical is fairly instant, so is paths.. I don't see why lobas can't be? just speed of the velocity of the bracelet and I think it would work much better.
The problem with loba seems to be that all the thought went into her ultimate, and the tactical was created as filler.
As stated above all the flaws that her tactical have just don't really make her a viable choice.
Slow bracelet travel, slow movement during and after throw plus an inability to shoot right after said throw is wayyyy too many con's and is by no means justified by the pro's lol.
I'd honestly be more for an entire rework on the ability if they aint willing to adjust it to make it truly useful lol.

@DarthValtrex @rockyboy1998 I think I'd still rather have normal movement. Let her be able to run & evade while the bracelet is in the air. If I had it my way I'd let her be able to shoot too lol. I don't think that would make her OP. I mean if you can shoot on a zipline & shoot while in Gravity Lift I think Loba having full movement after her bracelet is thrown should be fair game.
