Then your staff shouldn't be telling me to send further disputes. I asked them specifically about this situation. You're telling me now i have no chance of getting my account back even though it was hacked and they are the ones that cheated on it? That's brilliant. Waste of time and money on a company that won't put effort in to helping it's player base. Your team should be doing more. I bet there are many people in the same situation as me and it's just not good enough on the TOS team side.

I agree they shouldn't be telling you to endlessly submit disputes since they should be aware that 3 is limit. Apologies for the frustration with that.
Each dispute is thoroughly investigated by a human. After 3 investigations have not turned up evidence the ban was issued incorrectly, it won't be overturned and no further disputes will be looked into.Aljo, so what do we do? i never got given a reason for my ban, never got an email and I offered lots of proof and even extra steps to prove I never cheated. what do the people who seem to be getting banned for nothing do? i just accept I lose all my money and progress over probably a mishap? there is no way my case were thoroughly investigated given how fast the appeals were declined..
